Delivering projects that meet expectations of owners, the public and users requires achieving overall "Best Value" by optimizing overall cost/schedule/quality. The ability to influence overall project cost and quality is highest during the initial planning and design phases of a project.

MLG capitalizes on this early leverage point by forming a fully integrated team of planners, engineers, construction contractors, operations and maintenance (O&M) experts, and sustainability professionals to work with owners to develop, assess and select optimal solutions meeting the needs at hand. Once solutions are chosen, the final design and contract documents are developed.

MLG works with owners to assess, select and implement optimal delivery systems including traditional design-bid-build along with alternative delivery systems including design-build, EPC (engineer-procure-construct), and CMGC (Construction Manager/General Contractor).
