Once solutions are chosen, the final design and contract documents are developed. MLG works with owners to assess, select and implement optimal delivery systems including traditional design-bid-build along with alternative delivery systems including design-build, EPC (engineer-procure-construct), and CMGC (Construction Manager/General Contractor).
